
To solve ADRail's need for a formal business and marketing strategy, Perks created a plan that resulted in new partner, advisor and financier contracts, as well as speaking engagements and trial installation sites.


Perks negotiated trial contracts with transit authorities that conduct their own maintenance to avoid the need for approval from 3rd party maintenance companies.


Perks acted as a brand spokesperson to work with ADRail and it's partners to conduct presentations and business negotiations, as well as facilitate Philadelphia's SEPTA Safety Week campaign.
